Our story
Roastline started in 2019 with one drum roaster and a stubborn belief that great coffee shouldn't be complicated. We sourced honestly, roasted carefully, and let the work speak.
Today we roast for the café and a handful of neighbours we admire. The room on Mercer Lane is where it all comes together — light, loud enough, and yours for as long as you like.
The only roaster in town where you can taste the care in the cup. I haven't touched supermarket coffee since the day they opened.
